Share contents such as documents, images, etc along with annotations during the live AR video calling for better assistance for the customers.

Screen freeze:
Technicians allow customer to freeze the screens for their convenience and also to focus more on the details for better results.

Session feedback:
Jot down notes and thoughts during the session which you can reference back later.

Initiate and schedule sessions:
